Returns:
Due to the personalized nature of our canvas prints, we do not accept returns for color, misspellings entered by the costumer, personalization size or text placement on the canvas. However, if we have made the mistake, by all means, we will replace it.

Color:
Please note that ALL computer monitors display colors differently. We do our best to represent the printed colors of our canvas designs but we cannot guarantee that the colors will be an exact match to what you see on your computer screen. If you are concerned about the color, please consider ordering a swatch of the colors that you are interested in. Each sample comes in a 3x3 square and costs $3.00 (which includes Shipping and Handling).

Misspellings:
We encourage every costumer to order a proof, to ensure that the design is just the way you want it and that everything is spelled correctly. Again, if we have made the error, we will replace the canvas at no charge to you.

Pricing:
In the event that a Artful Names product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Artful Names reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Artful Names reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Artful Names shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Personalization Size or text placement:
Please Note that size of the text/name and placement within the design is left up to the discretion of our typesetters. We recommend purchasing a proof if you are concerned about text size or placement.

Proof:
If you ordered a proof, you will receive it via email in 2 business days or less. Please note that we will NOT process your order until you have approved your proof, so keep on the lookout for it.
